Boost Me (for free)

If you like my model and have a spare boost you can share. I really appreciate the support. Thanks :)

This model guitar is my first post on Makerworld, featuring a highly detailed model of the Gibson ES-335 semi-hollow guitar modelled in Fusion. I am very impressed with the level of detail that the P2S can deliver. I just got my 3D printer and thought it would be fun to challenge myself to model my favorite guitar and bring it to life in miniature.

For this model I print the body and the neck vertically because I desire the highest level of surface finish. Printing it flat results in ‘stepped’ layers that I personally do not like. For best results use minimum 3 walls and use outer/inner walls printing sequence. And the infill can be lowered all the way down to 5%.

For best results. I recommend using a High Flow nozzle (I use 0.4mm HF). And a supertack cool build plate from Bambu or Biqu. These are what I recommend for best adhesion and best speed.

I have made a general video describing my many techniques of making these guitar models. I use mostly just super glue, flat file, sand paper and a select size of drill bits to build them. And I use 0.25mm fishing line to add the strings to the model. I go over this in fine detail, just follow the link below for more:

I am still very new to this hobby. Especially with BambuLab. If you ever experience any troubles with my prints. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly in the Makerworld chat.
