🖨️ Print Settings

• Orientation and Strength: The hooks must be printed with the filament aligned with the longitudinal direction. This technical detail is crucial to ensure maximum mechanical strength and prevent the hooks from breaking during assembly.
• Supports: Enable automatic supports of type "Normal (Manual/Auto)". DO NOT use Tree supports, as standard supports provide a more planar and precise base for this type of geometry.
• Material: PLA or PETG.

• Walls: 2 wall loops to ensure the hooks do not break during insertion.

   

🛠️ Installation Notes

The fit has been calibrated to be extremely solid:

1. Assembly: The rear hooks are very precise. To insert them correctly into the housing, you need to apply pressure using the tip of a flat-head screwdriver.
2. Stability: Once snapped into place, the faceplate remains firm. If you want extra security, you can apply a drop of glue before positioning the hooks, but the mechanical interlock is already designed to withstand.
