Description

DISCLAIMER : Please check your local area legislation before considering printing this item, don't comit a felony !

Here is a silencer / moderator  designed for my 22LR (Citadel Trakr), tested at the range, works perfectly, can be compared to a stock one with removable cups to be cleaned.

Printed in ABS.

No support needed.

I shot 50 round with it, nothing to report.

The base where the thread is, has a sleeves that goes around the barrel to ensure alignment. If you don't have enough space behind the thread on your barrel or the barrel diameter is to big, cut the model a the beginning of the thread. The cut plane should be at 188.5mm.

Internal diameter is 8 mm (0,314961 inches)

LIST of available thread size :

  • ½ - 20 UNF
  • ½ - 28 UNEF
  • ½ - 28 Bull barrel UNEF
  • ¾ - 16 UNF
  • 5/8 - 24 UNEF
  • M8x0.75
  • M14 left side
  • M18x1

WARNING : Please check your barrel diameter for all version, it might be to tight. You'll have to add a negative part (cylinder) with your diameter (+0.5 to +1 mm) before the thread so your barrel stick in, or cut the silencer before the thread in your slicer.

To do so :

  • Add a negative cylinder part :

  • Then scale the cylinder, untick uniform scale, put the wanted diameter in x AND y , I recommand using 30mm as height for z :

  • By using the displacement tool, put the cylinder at the right height and and coordinate  :
    1. Use World coordinate
    2. Click the 2 center align button under Align Object
    3. Enter the height value 203.5mm (only if your cylinder is 30mm high)

  • Now if you slice, you'll see the right diameter appear
