Description
This is a flexible chain conveyor that is specialized in transporting printer waste, so called “poop”.
The conveyor chain has almost no gaps in between the link, even if it can turn, which makes it ideal for transporting printer waste.
This particular layout is made to fit Bambulab P1 and X1 series perfectly, but could of course be modified for any printer.
This conveyor goes under the KE50 series, however this conveyor has a in-built guide rail system of 46mm width to perfectly fit this “poop chain”. This means that the regular KE50 chain does not fit, unless a new 90 degree bend is printed with a width of 50mm.
Drive unit, idler unit, and all other parts are compatible, including wheel bends.
This chain could be put directly into any existing KE50 system.
This means that if you wish to build a KE50 system with this chain it´s possible.
All drawings and also a complete 3d-model is submitted. The assembled file is called KE-0460 v32.step
