Description

This is a fully functional brush/broom designed to be printed without any external supports.

Key Features

  • No external support: Save filament and time.
  • Step-by-Step F3D Source: I’ve included the full Fusion 360 source file. You can see every step in the timeline and the parameters I've used. You can easily make your own customized version.
  • Tested results: Designed to be durable while maintaining soft bristles for actual use.

Print Settings (Important!)

To ensure the bridging doesn't fail, please use the following settings.

Or you can just use the provided .3mf file with all settings configured.

  • Material: PETG is highly recommended for its flexibility and durability. PLA also works but will be more brittle and prone to snapping.
  • Bridge Speed: Slow down to 25 mm/s. (found in the  Quality/Speed tab of Bambu Studio)
  • Thick Bridges: Enable this setting. (found in the  Quality/Advanced tab of Bambu Studio)
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm

How to Use

  1. After printing, you will see a solid block connecting all the bristle ends.
  2. Use a pair of scissors or to snip off the block along the edge.
  3. Enjoy your brush!
