A holder for mounting the P/X series AMS buffer on the back of the Z-axis column of the A1 and A1 mini

Most holders in the same position on MakerWorld are directly screwed onto the Z-axis column requiring removal of the spool holder base during installation and it's cumbersome for every disassembly and maintenance This is frustrating for someone like me with OCD who prefers all components to remain on the machine

So I designed this version that can be directly installed on the spool holder base and is convenient for installation and removal at any time

During installation, use the two screws included with the buffer The data cable can also be the short one included no need to purchase an extension cable Connect the L-shaped plug of the data cable to the buffer and the straight plug to the 3D Printer

The PTFE tube connecting the buffer and the tool head must not be longer than 45cm otherwise there is a chance it will get stuck at the top of the Z-axis column You can fix the PTFE tube together with the tool head cable allowing the cable to pull the PTFE tube to prevent it from getting stuck fixing the position at the height of the top of the Z-axis bracket
