FoxESS KH10 Inverter Bracket for 3x 92mm Fan
Print Profile(1)

Description
Many people use 120mm fans to cool this inverter model, but these only fit above the inverter. Running these from the top require you to blow air downwards, negating convection effect, or attempt to suck air upward, requiring a strong seal.
As such, this design allows you to mount 92mm fans below the inverter, to push cool/fresh air upwards through the inverter heatsink fins.
The mounting system is modular and can allow for alternative mounting positions for heatsinks on other inverter models if so desired, by modelling based on hole positions of the fans to attach new brackets.
The brackets are secured to the inverter using a strong 1mm mounting tape. I printed my brackets using white ABS to resist heat, but PETG should suffice as long as you keep the fins cool by running the fans.
I used TEUCER 92mm 4 pin PWM fans and control them using an ESP32 running ESPHome with a custom made proto-board and 12v buck converter to power the ESP32. This allows me to control the speed of the fan based on reported inverter temperature.
You can see my ESPHome firmware configuration here.
