========

TIPS:

========

Made 4 prototypes and this is so far best working.

Tested over 10kg of weight of pull-force, and 2kg of elevating using sugar bags ( I'm sure it could handle way more, but it already doubled my expectations anyway for my project, if you test more, please let me know).

My test is using PLA material, just to add a little bit more durability recommend using a few drops of vegetable oil or some lube to make it survive longer.

RATIO IS 1 : 256

!!!====!!!

Make sure to wipe parts to make sure gears are “moist” with oil, not dripping with it.

(otherwise, it increases the amount of friction that we try to avoid)

======

TEST:

======

Over 10kg pull on flat yet quite “resistive” surface (Each bag average weight 1040g +- 10g), and used 10 of them

I just run out of sugar to add more for checking how much it can handle.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:

========================

Make sure parts you print cool down first thing before you take it off the printer,

it may cause warping even with a PLA and parts may not fit properly, they should all run smoothly.

Installing a motor gear may be a small challenge, I just use two flat surfaces and forcing the gear at the top of the shaft of the motor

(motor has exactly “2mm” diameter, print hole is the same, it will be slightly smaller that the shaft itself, but it will hold it very well when you do it.

Pay attention to holes on gears, made them look way different from each other to see easily where they go.
