Description
Lost your TV legs during a move? I designed these replacement stands specifically for the CHiQ U55H10, though they likely fit other models in the Changhong family that use this specific "kidney-shaped" mounting point.
They provide a solid, low-profile base that feels much sturdier than the original plastic feet.
Hardware Needed
To secure these to your TV, you will need:
- 4x M4 15mm Machine Screws (2 per side).
- I used these zinc-plated bolts from Bunnings, which fit the recessed holes perfectly.
Print Settings
I’ve optimized this for strength and finish. While PLA works, I highly recommend PETG for better long-term durability under the weight of the TV.
- Wall Loops: 4 (Crucial for screw hole strength)
- Infill: 25% (Gyroid recommended)
- Supports: Required (Only for the bolt recess overhang)
- Variable Layer Height: Highly Recommended. Turn this on for the top sections to ensure the curves look smooth and professional.
Assembly Notes
- Clean out the support material from the bolt holes.
- Align the "kidney" shape of the stand with the bottom of your TV.
- Hand-tighten the M4 screws first to ensure they are seated correctly before tightening fully.
If you find this useful, please consider uploading a photo of your print! It really helps the community know which other CHiQ models this fits.
