Description

Small parts don’t need a lot of force — they need to stay in place.

Quick Vise is designed for inspection, soldering, and other light work where stability matters more than clamping strength. Instead of a traditional screw, it uses a cam-based locking mechanism that lets you clamp and release parts in one smooth motion.

The mechanism is fully enclosed, keeping the design clean, robust, and easy to use. Once locked, the part stays put — and when you’re done, it opens just as quickly.

Simple, fast, and practical.

Features

  • Quick cam-lock operation
  • One-hand use
  • Designed for soldering, small electronics, and similar tasks
  • No fine-thread screws or repeated turning
  • Enclosed mechanism for durability and clean handling

Assembly

The vise consists of only five parts and is designed so it can’t be assembled incorrectly. Assembly is quick, tool-free, and fully reversible.

Printing

  • This model prints with supports — please do not attempt to print without them.
Use the provided print profile for best results.
  • PETG is recommended for durability and consistent locking behavior.
Good filament quality is important due to the cam-lock geometry.

Notes

This vise is not intended to replace a heavy-duty metal vise. It is meant for light work where speed, simplicity, and repeatability are more important than maximum force.
