Citroën Ami – Door Handle Insert (Reinforced)

This is a remix of the original interior door handle model for Citroën Ami
After experiencing breakage in multiple ASA-printed samples, I redesigned the closed part of the insert to increase its mechanical strength, while maintaining full 1:1 compatibility with the original

The main modifications are:

• Optimized structural profile, based on an ABS-GF (glass-reinforced) standard, which better distributes stress during door opening
• Increased thickness in areas prone to flexing, without altering the aesthetics or overall dimensions
• No changes to the mounting points: the part **fits perfectly on the car**, tested and functional
