Lab Rax HP T630 thin client rack mount - custom

This is a custom rack front designed to mount HP T620 and T630 thin clients in a 10-inch rack. These systems are too large for standard rack fronts, so this design creates a wide, centered opening with a ventilated honeycomb pattern to maintain airflow while properly supporting the device from the rear.

To fit three thin clients in a single rack section, I redesigned the front posts to provide the required spacing and rigidity. The result is a clean, structured layout that turns non-rack-standard hardware into a stable, rack-integrated server setup instead of a workaround.
