Brick for BRIO and DUPLO improved

After trying many BRIO–DUPLO train track adapters, I never found one that was truly easy to print and provided a reliable, snug press-fit on DUPLO bricks. Most models I tested were too loose and required scaling adjustments to achieve a usable fit.

Recently, I came across a well-designed DUPLO adapter that fit perfectly straight off the printer, even after repeated use. Inspired by that excellent fit, I decided to remix the BRIO–DUPLO adapter to create what I believe is a better-fitting, more reliable, and easier-to-print solution.

The result is an adapter that presses firmly onto DUPLO bricks without being too tight, holds securely during play, and prints cleanly without special settings.

My son loves it—and I’ve now replaced all of our previous adapters with this version.
