As a hobby, I process quite a lot of film, whether for window tinting, film application, or full vehicle wrapping. I mostly use 3M squeegees, but out of curiosity, I once designed and printed my own squeegee. I found that it actually worked excellently

If you feel like it, you can also glue a felt edge onto the squeegee. I recommend printing in PETG or ABS. PLA also works very well, but unfortunately, I cannot say how durable it is

I have uploaded two versions:

  1. One-piece - this model should be printed upright with a brim
    • Advantage: Beautiful, smooth surface
    • Disadvantage: longer print, not as stable
  2. Two-piece - this model is printed flat and needs to be glued
    • Advantage: Stable, faster print
    • Disadvantage: needs to be glued, surface not quite as nice

Don't forget:

  • unique design
  • no AI
  • no post-processed photos, only original images
  • hand-constructed
  • self-printed and tested

If you haven't had enough reading yet, I have a few closing words :)

My creations usually stem from an idea, inspiration, or the desire to simply improve something. I have consciously decided against using AI; I have created all my models in CAD and modeling programs. I don't want to demonize AI now, but the spam of half-finished, unoptimized models on all the sites is annoying. Creators try to present AI models as their own creations, fake images, and more. I don't want to support that.

A lot of time and effort goes into my models. Each model is printed, tested, and if I'm not satisfied with it, it's further optimized and reprinted again and again so that I can truthfully claim that I only offer finished models to you. I only post original photos of each individual model, no rendered images, no AI images, and no post-processing. You see the layers, nothing is beautified! It should look exactly like it comes out of your printer!

Therefore, for my creations:

  • no AI
  • no retouched photos, only original images
  • self-constructed, I have the raw data for each model
  • printed and tested myself

My collections, Instagram.
