This is a versatile set of structural flat plates designed for joining, reinforcing, or extending your DIY projects.

Unlike thin spacers, these are designed to be structural. With a 4mm thickness and 20mm width, they are rigid enough to replace metal mending plates in 3D printed assemblies, light furniture repairs, or robotics prototyping.

  • Thickness: 4mm (Sturdy & Rigid)
  • Hole Diameter: 4.5mm (Optimized clearance for M4 screws/bolts)

Applications:

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: PETG or ASA recommended for mechanical stress. PLA is fine for static rigid connections.
  • Infill: 100% (Solid) is recommended for maximum strength around the bolt holes.
  • Walls: If not printing solid, use at least 4-5 perimeters.
