"Electrician" Themed Mahjong

A 136-tile Mahjong set (without flower tiles) designed with electrical-themed art elements, size 40 (width 29mm, height 39mm, thickness 20mm), all featuring colored relief, currently not suitable for automatic mahjong tables

I. Applicable Printers

It is recommended to use printers with a build plate size of at least 25.6x25.6cm, such as A1, P, S, H, to print a complete set in one go (Layouts optimized for A1 mini are currently in production, please stay tuned…)

The color scheme uses four colors: black, white, red, and green. A single AMS can complete the filament supply. White filament consumption is about 200g, and four plates require at least 800g. To avoid manual refilling in between, it is recommended to use a full 1kg spool of white filament

Single plate printing time is about 12 hours

II. Tile Type Correspondence

1. Wan Tile (Characters) → Power "Watt"

In addition to the default "瓦" (watt), there is also a version with the old character "瓩" on plate number three, which can be replaced during printing

2. Suo Tile (Bamboos) → Socket Outlet

Divided into two patterns: Old National Standard and New National Standard. Each pattern has a "colored plate" with traditional red and green relief and a "socket plate" where a plug can be inserted

By default, plate number one has the "Old National Standard, socket version". Others are on plate number two and can be replaced during printing

III. How to Change the Back Color of Mahjong Tiles

1. In Bambu Studio on PC, on the left side → Process → Objects → search for "Bottom Surface", which will list all modifiers

2. Select the modifier for the tile type whose color you want to change, and choose the desired color from the right-click menu

3. Slice and check the information in the "Filament" interface. A single AMS is recommended for 4 colors, and the number of filament changes should be 6 at this time

IV. Other Considerations

1. Since the parts are close to the edge of the heatbed, please clean any grease or dirt that may be present on the build plate beforehand to prevent it from affecting adhesion and causing warping. Pay special attention to the top areas of the three Wan tiles and the one Suo tile, as these are easily touched when removing or installing the hot plate, so thorough cleaning is essential

2. After printing, it is recommended to wait for the build plate to cool down before removing the printed parts, otherwise, marks may be left on the bottom surface (unless you intend to use them as cheating cues, which is also an option)

3. Due to the 20mm thickness limit of the mahjong tile, a "socket version" Suo tile cannot fully accommodate a three-pin plug with a 21mm long ground pin. If you want to use this tile as a plug protector, you can print the 22mm thickened "Five Suo" version (click the link or image to jump):
