Chunky 13 (Not-so-Mini 13)

I thought Mini 13 could use a big guy version, so here he is! This uses the original frame and the original armour parts for the shoulders, pelvis and feet, with customized armour parts for the head, forearm, torso, and calf, as well as a new armour part for the thighs. The assembly is otherwise the same as the original model, just with an armour piece that'll snap onto the thigh before snapping in the calves. I've also included a ball cap for him (it doesn't friction-fit, though, so you might want to use some tack or double sided tape if it keeps falling off.)

The first build plate contains a standard Mini 13 frame, with the second build plate containing all the necessary armour parts, including the unmodified shoulders/pelvis/feet. None of the armour pieces require supports as long as your printer can handle small overhangs well, but you might find you need to add a brim to the torso since the contacts are small. The ball cap can be printed support-free on its back with the brim pointed upward but the contact is tiny so it probably needs a brim (the other kind of brim.)
