ATTACHES WITH A VELCRO BATTERY HOLD DOWN STRAP OR YOU COULD GET FANCY WITH ZIP TIES OR TAPE. HAVE TESTED WITH A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT BEVERAGE CONTAINERS FROM CANS TO BOTTLES
