Tow Hitch Cover – Fire Helmet Austria Edition
This tow hitch
-cover in fire helmet design (Austria Edition) is a decorative yet practical accessory for vehicles with a ball hitch.
It protects the tow hitch from dirt and gives the vehicle an individual look with a firefighter character.
Fit & Note
It's hard to believe, but not every tow hitch has exactly the same diameter.
It's often only about tenths of a millimeter, but these differences become very noticeable when attaching.
Therefore, the models were designed to fit securely without being too loose or too tight.
Print Files & Print Profiles
Two different print files / print profiles are available:
Single Helmet: Print duration approx. 16 hours
Ideal for single pieces or test prints
6-helmet: Contains 6 helmets simultaneously
Print duration slightly over 24 hours
Significantly more efficient and time-saving compared to 6 individual prints
➡️ The 6-fold print is overall significantly more time-efficient.

Printed for Plastic FDM printing
My best print results were achieved with Geetech PETG. Material recommendation: PETG or ASA (more temperature resistant than PLA)
The cover is not intended for trailer operation, but rather as protection & decoration
