Description
This is a reinforced replacement leg for a Christmas tree stand, designed to improve stiffness, load distribution, and print efficiency compared to the original design.
The geometry was redesigned to:
- Increase vertical rigidity
- Reduce material usage without sacrificing strength
- Improve stability at the contact foot
- Provide better stress distribution along the arm
The large structural cutouts reduce weight and printing time while maintaining excellent strength through the optimized rib profile.
The widened foot increases floor contact area, reducing pressure and preventing sinking into soft surfaces.
This part is intended as a drop-in replacement for compatible Christmas tree stands using this leg style.
