Description

A simple wall mount for Ryobi 40V brushless leaf blower (shown in photos). It stores the blower vertically, keeps it off the floor, and holds it securely.

Parts (3-piece design)

  • Top bracket (mounts to wall)
  • Separate hook insert (prints separately for maximum strength)
  • Bottom bracket (keeps the blower aligned and stable)

Important safety / load note (read this)

The hook is NOT meant to carry the load purely through plastic.
To safely hold the blower, the hook must be mechanically reinforced with long wood screws into a stud, so the screws carry almost all of the weight.

Use long wood screws (3" or longer recommended) and drive them through the hook area into a wall stud. larger flat head or extra bushing may also worth consideration.
Do not rely on drywall anchors for the load.

Installation overview

  1. Find a stud and position the top bracket.
  2. Install the hook insert into the top bracket.
  3. Drive one long wood screws (3"+) through the hook into the stud to take the load.
  4. Install the bottom bracket below to support and guide the left blower as a rail.

Disclaimer

Use at your own risk. Power tools are heavy—mount to a stud and use long screws so the hardware carries the load, not the plastic.

Notes: This was modeled around my Ryobi 40V blower body shape—please compare your housing before printing (Ryobi has several similar-looking variants).
