This Universal Label Holder is designed for maximum reliability using a standard zip-tie connection, perfect for Dry Box Management or general inventory.

✍️ How to Add your Box ID (Slicer Method)

Due to current limitations in web-based parametric text, the ID number/ Text should be added directly in your slicer for maximum font flexibility:

1. Right-click the model in Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer and select "Add Part" > "Text".
2. Type your number and place it on the top face of the holder.
3. Set the Embed Depth (e.g., 0.6mm) to create an embossed look.
4. Pro Tip: Use a "Filament Change" at the text layer to print the ID in a contrasting color.

• Rock-Solid Mounting: Secure zip-tie slot (5.5mm) for a permanent fit.
• Fast Print & No Supports: Optimized for flat printing to save time and filament.
• Dynamic Label Width: The slot width is automatically calculated as (Width - 2mm).

⚙️ Smart Parameters & Geometry Protection (Fusion 360)

The model includes a safety logic (IF function) to maintain geometric integrity:

• Input_Height_Target: Enter your desired total height.
• Height_Label: The height of the paper insert.
• Automatic Correction: If the difference between Input_Height and Height_Label is less than 3mm, the model will automatically override the input to maintain a minimum 3mm margin.
• Why? This safety gap is mandatory to prevent fillets and internal label slots from failing during the parametric recalculation.

• 

💡 No ID? Full-Face Label Mode

If you don't need a printed ID, you can create a full-face holder by setting Height_Label equal to the total Height in the Fusion 360 parameters. In this case, the total height will automatically adjust to match the label size.

⚙️ Parameters (Fusion 360)

• Width: Total holder width.
• Height_Target: Total holder height (Note: this value is calculated and may vary to protect geometry).
• Height_Label: Height of the paper insert (max = Height).
