Make radiator cap removal quick, safe, and effortless with this custom Radiator Cap Removal Tool designed for 2023–2026 KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles equipped with the OEM plastic radiator cap.

This tool is engineered to work with stock-size fuel tanks, providing the leverage needed to remove stubborn caps without removing surrounding components. The extended handle design allows you to push down and twist with confidence, even in tight spaces—no more struggling with gloves or limited access.

This is a 2nd generation design that I successfully sold online for over a year. I’ve since released a newer version, so I’m sharing this proven design on MakerWorld to help out my fellow moto friends with 3D printers. It’s a solid, reliable tool that works great on KTM and Husqvarna models with OEM tanks.

⚠️ Important Fitment Notes:

• Not recommended for GasGas models — fit is extremely tight due to the fuel tank cover
• Will NOT work with oversized fuel tanks (extended handle is too tall)
