I created this model for pressing repair panels for our vintage tractor, as they are no longer available. The press works perfectly; I used it with 1.5mm thick sheet metal. If someone finds 50% infill too low, they can change it. I tried it to reduce print time, and it worked flawlessly. It should also work with PLA, but I wasn't entirely sure, so I used PETG-CF

The bottom part must lie completely flat on a level plate. On the top part, I also added a 100mm wide flat iron between the plastic and the press ram to ensure even pressure distribution. I advise against bending the sheet metal all at once, as this can lead to the die breaking. I moved and pressed it piece by piece. I lightly oiled it beforehand so it would slide more easily.

The dimensions of the pressed profile are approximately 5mm/17mm/15mm/17mm/5mm, with a width of about 90mm and a height of about 7mm. The base sheet metal should be 100mm x 200mm.
