Keep your everyday carry accessible with this durable magnetic holster designed specifically for the Olight S1 Mini Baton. This design features embedded magnets for a snap-fit hold that keeps your light secure while allowing for a quick draw when you need it. The mount is tough enough for daily use and offers multiple access points so you never fumble for your light in the dark.
Print Settings
Supports: Yes, supports are required for the geometry.
Adhesion: The contact area is small, so I highly recommend using a brim if your printer struggles with bed adhesion.
Material: PLA works well, but PETG or PLA+ is recommended for better durability on a belt clip.
Assembly Instructions
Hardware Required: Two (2) 10mm x 2mm round neodymium magnets.
- Check Polarity: Before gluing or pressing anything, stick your two magnets directly onto the magnetic tail cap of your Olight S1 Mini.
- Insert: While the magnets are still attached to the flashlight, press the light and magnet assembly firmly into the designated slots in the printed holster.
- Push the light all the way in until the magnets are fully seated in the printed holes.
- Finish: Pull the flashlight away. The magnets should remain tightly press-fitted into the holster. If they feel loose, a drop of superglue will secure them permanently.
