Description

Hello!
This is my take on European 4-in-1 riveted chainmail armor. A separate file with connector rings i s available here:

https://makerworld.com/en/models/2278102-european-4-in-1-rivetted-chainmail-connector#profileId-2484066

For best results, I highly recommend using PLA Tough. PLA Matte is far too brittle for this application.

A printer with a heated chamber (such as a P2S) will produce much more consistent results.

The ring width is approximately 9–10 mm. I modeled the rings on a large sheet so they can be peeled off easily—which is surprisingly satisfying.

You will most likely experience a few print failures, but any damaged rings can easily be swapped out after the entire print is finished.

In the picture, you can see the printed chainmail compared to my real chainmail for reference.
