Pneumatic connector filament tube removal tool with PTFE tube plug
Print Profile(1)

Description
I recently purchased an AMS to upgrade my A1 mini, which required many filament tubes and connectors.
It's quite difficult to remove the filament tube from the pneumatic connector because the release pressing area of the connector is usually very small.
Additionally, the PTFE tube itself needs a plug for sealing and moisture protection.
Therefore, an integrated small tool was made.
One side is a removal tool, designed as a component that can be worn on the filament tube, providing a larger pressing area. By pressing this area, the component then presses the pneumatic connector, allowing for the release and separation of the filament tube.
The other side is a cap for a plug, which can seal the PTFE tube.
The two components are connected and can be hung directly on the filament tube to prevent loss.
This tool is specifically designed for 4mm outer diameter PTFE tubes.

This tool model only requires 2 grams of filament and takes just over ten minutes to print.
(The tool model in the picture is the result of co-printing with other multicolor models and purging filament onto this model)
