Mini Winged Dragon

Many have been asking to give my mini dragon some wings.
So.. I did! 🪽

These are posable dragon wings, fully print-in-place with no assembly required.
They use a small, optimized support interface to hold everything in place during printing.

Once the print is done, gently rotate the wings to release the internal support.
and your dragon is ready to fly 🪽

Tolerance / Clearance Test (Please Read Before Printing)

Because every printer and filament behaves differently, I’ve included three print profiles with different clearance values. These were personally tested using several PLA filaments and should cover most cases.

To make sure you get the best results for your specific printer and filament, I’ve included a quick tolerance testing profile. Printing this test will help you easily determine which clearance option is the best fit for your setup. 

General Clearance Recommendations (Based on My Tests)

• 0.15 mm
  Best for PLA Basic / PLA Matte — perfectly snug fit
• 0.20 mm
  Works for PLA Basic / PLA Matte, though joints may feel slightly loose
  May also work for some PLA Silk or specialty filaments, but results can vary
• 0.28 mm
  Loose fit for PLA Basic / PLA Matte
  Ideal for PLA Silk / Silk+ and similar filaments

🧲 Magnet/Keychain options:

This model also comes with a Magnet/keychain holes options. Adjustable or removable in BambuStudio. The magnet size I'm using is 6x2mm.
