Description

Overall size approximately: 22.3cm x 22.3cm x 3.5cm
The calendar consists of a round disk with a day ring and a pointer, which is rotatably mounted in the center with a pin/rivet and a ball bearing (8x22x7)
Design highlights: Moon & Lantern motif, clear numerals, small grips on the outside for turning
The lettering (e.g. Family [your family name] is directly created as 3D text and can be customized in the 3MF
Personalization (30 sec.):
- In Bambu Studio, select the text body in the object tree
- Change content, adjust size/position – done

- Pin/Rivet (plug-in) (some glue is needed!)
Recommended Print Settings (Bambu H2D, 0.4 mm)
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Wall Lines: 2
- Infill Main Disk: Gyroid 5 %
- Infill Pin & Pointer: 20 %
- Detect Thin Walls: On
- Material: PLA
Supports: Not required
Orientation: Place all parts flat
Assembly
- Insert pin through the center hole of the disk
- Place the ball bearing
- Insert the pointer
- Done
IMPORTANT: I intentionally kept the tolerances very tight so that it fits perfectly and firmly into the bore. Insert the pin and pointer with slight force and Done!
If someone does not have the option for multi-color printing, you can simply set all colors to one color and print without AMS :-)
