🧩 Description of the Game Board

The game board was entirely 3D printed

It consists of two separate parts

the actual game board and an outer frame

This design allows both parts to be printed in different colors and the design to be customized

At the same time, it makes printing more flexible and material-efficient

Balls with a diameter of 14 mm are used as game pieces

These can either be 3D printed in desired colors or purchased as ready-made balls

🎲 Game Instructions – Connect the colors

📦 Contents

• 1 game board

• 48 colored balls (multiple colors, 8 pcs per color)

👨👩👧👦 Number of Players

• 2 to 4 players

🎯 Objective of the Game

The objective is to collect as many balls of the same color next to each other as possible by skillfully moving them

For every 3 balls of the same color collected, you get 1 point

➡️ The player with the most points at the end wins!

🧩 Game Preparation

1. Place the game board in the center of the table

2. Distribute all 48 balls randomly on the game board (one ball per field)

3. Each player receives a collection area (or places their collected balls in front of them)

4. Determine a starting player (e.g., the youngest)

▶️ Gameplay

Players take turns clockwise

A turn consists of:

1. Choose a row or column

You may either:

• a horizontal row or

• a vertical column

2. Slide the entire row/column

Slide all balls in that line in one direction (left, right, up, or down),

until they hit the edge of the game board

All balls in this line move together

3. Check the colors

Your move is only valid if afterwards:

• at least two balls of the same color are directly next to each other

(horizontally or vertically, not diagonally)

4. Collect balls

• Collect all connected balls of the same color that are touching (horizontally or vertically)

• Place these balls in your personal collection area

5. Fill empty spaces (if necessary)

If gaps arise from collecting:

• The remaining balls slide down accordingly

• (or are redistributed, depending on the game version)

🧮 Scoring

• For every 3 collected balls of the same color = 1 point

• Example:

• 3 balls = 1 point

• 6 balls = 2 points

• 9 balls = 3 points

Balls not divisible by 3 do not count extra

🏁 End of Game

The game ends when:

• no more valid moves are possible

or

• all balls have been collected

Now all players count their points:

➡️ The player with the most points wins

🤔 Strategy Tips

• Plan your move ahead: A move can help or harm the next player!

• Try to prepare larger groups of one color

• Block good moves of your opponents by separating colors

👶 Simplified Variant (for children)

• No point counting

• Goal: The first player to collect 10 balls wins

👥 Team Variant (4 players)

• Play in 2 teams (2 vs 2)

• Collected balls of a team are counted together

📌 Important Rules

• Only horizontal or vertical counts as adjacent

• Diagonal balls do not count as connected

• Every move must create at least one valid color pair
