Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a USB-C adaptor for makita 18V batteries.
Please note there are BOMs bought from aliexpress, and you need to solder the contact plate and charger board.
Materials need to prepare separately
- charger board ( size: 59mm x 38mm ): https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/1005010001057562.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.14.7cbd585azsBPqo&gatewayAdapt=glo2jpn
- Battery Contact Plate : https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/1005010529169857.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.9.7cbd585azsBPqo&gatewayAdapt=glo2jpn
- And 2 cables(50~60mm, and GND line should be shorter a little bit), please note, make sure the cable is thick enough, as the charger board is 140W, means the current in max will reach 8 amp.
Assembly:
- Inspection of the charger board: please follow the product page to make sure the board works perfectly.
- Solder the cables and Contact Plate with board.
- Arrange the cables so that they wont touch the chips or conductors, as the heat might damage the cable.
- Assemble the middle part and the board.
- Install the board to check it is flush.
- Install the middle part into the shell.
- Cover the lid.
- If the lid is not tight enough, there is a hole to insert the filament to fix them.
Notes about the model
- I use PETG for the model and PLA for the support. Since the middle part needs to fit into the shell, and the shell needs to fit into the battery relatively with high precision, I recommend to use dedicated support material. Otherwise, the tolerance need to be loosen very much which might cause other fitting issue.
- 140W charger board might get really hot, I don't recommend to use usual PLA for the model, use PETG at least. I didn't test it with ABS, since the shrinkage of ABS should be larger than PETG/PLA, I may concern that the fitting might be tight with ABS.
