This model is a plug/cover for standard PC4 PTFE couplings (PC4-M6 and PC4-M10) used on 3D printers and pneumatic lines.
It seals the fitting opening when no PTFE tube is inserted, preventing air ingress and contamination.
Two separate versions are provided:
- PC4-M6
- PC4-M10
Features:
- Blocks airflow when the tube is removed
- Prevents dust and debris from entering the fitting
- Attaches directly to the fitting body, so it cannot be lost
- No tools required
- Simple press-on design
- Printable in TPU or flexible PLA for best seal
Designed for setups where fittings are temporarily unused or during maintenance, storage, or transport.
