Description
I don't know how to define this item; it's mainly a large draining tray.
I mainly use it for my cat's water bowl, securing the bowl stand to the upper draining mesh with zip ties to prevent my cat from playing with water and knocking over the bowl.
From what I've seen on Xiaohongshu, people usually buy dog toilets online to place cat bowls.

The entire draining tray is divided into an upper draining mesh and a lower tray. Due to its large size, both layers need to be divided into 9 pieces and then assembled, with dovetail joints used for connections.
Since the slots on the same board are interdigitated male and female, installation is not from a single direction, and the large plastic parts are flexible. You can insert them diagonally as shown in the image below and then snap them into place one by one.
The entire tray is currently designed to be a bit thick, hence this design. After assembly, it is quite sturdy and will not loosen.
Note:

Other considerations:
1. The bottom tray is a bit too thick. Each piece of the bottom tray currently weighs about 90-100g, and lightweighting experiments will be conducted later.
2. Some shaping around the edges results in overhangs. This might be changed to slopes later to reduce support material.
3. Since it's assembled from multiple pieces, there might be gaps at the joints. Whether used as a dog toilet or a draining tray, it's best to place a layer of pee pad on the tray or seal it with adhesive.
