Recommended print settings:
Material: PLA
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15–20%
Perimeters: 3–4 walls for increased rigidity
Supports: Not required
Build plate adhesion: brim optional
Print the frame flat on the build plate to get a clean front surface and precise dimensions.
Final quality:
For best results:
Enable ironing on the top surface (optional).
Slightly reduce speed on outer perimeters to improve finish.
Printer tested
Tested with FDM printer and standard PLA.
