Upgraded Window Seal for 4-inch Exhaust Duct

This remix upgrades the great model by XSvFury to add the following features:

• End caps with ears to interface with the window frame slots
• Modified 170mm filler part to allow use of end caps without changing overall length
• Vent rain cover
• Vent rain cover gasket
• Vent rain cover mesh filter

These changes keep the vent firmly stuck in the window with a minimum of weatherstrip needed to keep it airtight. In fact, you must assemble the two halves of the fillers in-situ after inserting the ends in the window, or you won't be able to get the entire unit into the window frame. 

The vent cover keeps the rain and snow out, but since this unit won't fit behind a screen anymore, I also created a removable filter mesh to keep bugs out of your printer.

I modified the 170mm vent model itself to include five 4mm heat-set inserts to hold the vent cover on. You can either print the included TPU gasket or run a bead of silicone around the contact area to keep leaks down.

For my installation, I got a 4" damper model and duct-taped it onto the vent input to give me the ability to manually shut off the airflow if I'm not using the printer for a while or if I need to disconnect the hose.

With these changes, I'm able to keep my window vent in-place year-round.

Window Track section: 22mm overall; 7mm base and 15mm extending into track. 15mm wide window track
