Sonicare Toothbrush Travel Case

Compact travel case designed for Philips Sonicare 6000 and 7000 series toothbrushes, featuring vent holes for airflow and drying, a snap-fit lid, and a hinged design to keep the toothbrush securely contained while traveling. The case protects the brush head while helping prevent moisture buildup.

The hinge pin is a simple piece of filament, installed with a slight press fit, requiring no additional hardware.

While this case may fit other Sonicare models with similar handle dimensions, it has only been tested with the 6000 and 7000 series, which are the models I own.

Print Settings (Recommended):

• Material: PETG (PLA also works)
• Walls: 3
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm
• Top/Bottom Shell Thickness: 1.0 mm
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid)
• Supports: Not required — a built-in break-away support is included in the STL

Usage:
Ideal for travel, gym bags, or everyday carry when you need to take your Sonicare toothbrush on the go.
