Hello!
I needed more storage space for the Ikea Platsa wardrobe with Straumen mirrored doors.
These storage compartments for the inside of the doors utilize the otherwise unused space behind the doors.
Ideally suited for wallets or sunglasses.
Variations:
- Large compartment with continuous back panel → no supports required
- Large compartment with hooks and spacers (allows mounting on the cross plate) → supports required
- Smaller compartment with hooks and spacers (allows mounting on the cross plate → supports required
Dimensions (HxWxD):
- 90x250x80
- 90x250x64
- 90x250x44
If other dimensions are needed, I can gladly create individually adapted variants. Just let me know!
Print Profile / Changes from Standard:
- Precise Z-Wall
- First layer height 0.15mm
- 3 wall lines + Gyroid
- minimal adjustment of speeds^
- Slow down for overhangs deactivated (shorter print time, significantly better quality)
- Supports (critical areas only)
Assembly
V1 is simply mounted with double-sided tape. Variants 2 and 3 are simply hung on the cross plate of the door.
Update 10.06.2026: Print profile with half width added for all variants (125mm instead of 250mm)
