Aquarium cave

This **3D printable aquarium cave** offers fish, shrimp, and catfish a safe retreat and blends naturally into any aquascape. My guppies have already had offspring here:)

It was specifically designed for use in freshwater aquariums. It is ideal as a hiding spot, resting place, or breeding ground for shrimp, catfish, cichlids, and other small aquarium fish.
The design is **print-friendly** and stable. I printed the cave with a non-Bambu printer (first picture), and despite the round design, I had to sand the cave first to ensure the animals would not be injured. However, when I printed the cave with a Bambu printer, the X1C, clean transitions and round edges were created, making the cave **shrimp and fish safe**. Alternatively, the cave can also be coated or treated with epoxy resin.

The cave has a 

**natural design** with **organic form elements**, so it blends beautifully into your aquascape. It offers a **safe retreat** for all smaller aquarium inhabitants; my guppies have already **given birth** there, and my shrimp love it.

**Edit**: I have added a **second print profile**. With this one, the aquarium cave is printed lying on its now **flat back**. Since the back is buried in the sand, you won't see it anyway. This allowed me to** reduce the print time by 30 min**:)
