Description

Description:
This is a versatile and durable container designed to keep food fresh by separating it from water. A draining insert lifts the contents above the bottom, allowing liquid to collect underneath without soaking the food.

The container is not only intended for salads.
When turned upside down, the lid can be used as a serving plate – for example for cheese – with the container acting as a protective cover. This makes it suitable both for food storage and simple serving.

Two different inserts are included, depending on use:

Polygon pattern – stable support with good drainage
Provides rigid and stable support, ideal for leafy salads and larger ingredients.
Allows liquid to drain while keeping the insert stiff and supportive.

Slot pattern – fast drainage and easy cleaning
Designed for quick drainage and easy cleaning.
Ideal for salads with small pieces such as corn or diced vegetables, preventing them from falling through.

The container is also useful for other purposes, such as:

  • Defrosting bread without soaking it in water
  • Hygienic defrosting of meat or fish
  • Food storage where liquid separation is needed

Dimensions:
210 × 150 × 70 mm
The model can easily be scaled in the slicer to create a smaller version.
