This pool vacuum adapter is plugged onto a 38mm pool hose and serves as a simple intake/suction basket, e.g. for pumping out or vacuuming pool water. The grille openings prevent larger particles (e.g. leaves/dirt) from entering the hose directly.
Print Recommendation
- Material: PETG (recommended), alternatively ASA/ABS
(PLA is possible but may degrade faster when exposed to heat/UV outdoors) - Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for finer surface finish)
- Walls/perimeter: 3
- Infill: 20–40%
- Support: not required
- Optional: brim, if the contact surface is limited
Note on Fit: Pool hoses sometimes vary slightly. If the fit is too tight/loose, 99–101% scaling or light deburring often helps
