Model Introduction
This is a simple, sturdy guide tube bracket designed for mounting on 2020 aluminum extrusions, aiming to optimize the filament feeding path of 3D printers.
- Compatibility: Fits standard 2020 aluminum extrusions, secured with M3 screws and T-nuts.
- Interface Specifications: The top has a reserved threaded hole, allowing direct screwing in of standard PC4-M6 pass-through pneumatic connectors.
- Versions Available: Includes 2-channel and 4-channel versions to meet different needs for multi-color systems. The original STP design files are also uploaded for self-modification.
- Design Details: Compact structure, optimized angles, stable and durable, while making filament tube management more aesthetically pleasing.
Printing Recommendations
- Material: PETG or ABS (better temperature resistance, stronger and tougher structure) is recommended; PLA can also be used.
- Layer Height: 0.16mm (to allow printing of M6 threads)
- Infill: 20% - 30% (3 walls are recommended to ensure thread strength)
- Supports: Usually no supports needed.
