I didn't have suitable universal joints for my 8x8 offroad Truck project so I decided to design them myself

After some tests, I came up with a version that works quite well

They are designed for 5mm pinion shafts

I have made 3 sizes for now :

  • 80-100mm (suitable for my 8x8 model)
  • 87-110mm
  • 95-125mm (suitable for my 8x8 model)

To make them you will need for each universal joint :

  • 2 M3x16 screws
  • 2 M3 heat set inserts
  • 2 M3x6 screws
