VW ID.3 Dashboard Shelf – Center Console Organizer (Early Models)

This is a custom-designed storage shelf for the Volkswagen ID.3 (early model years – may also fit later versions).

The shelf is specifically designed to be placed inside the often underused mesh holder next to the cup holders in the center console. Instead of leaving that space empty or impractical, this insert transforms it into a solid, usable storage shelf.

The fit is secure and stable – it does not sit loose. This is version 1, so the fit is not 100% perfect yet, but it works reliably in real-world use. I personally use it daily in my own ID.3 with great satisfaction.

It provides an easily accessible storage space for small everyday items such as:

• Sunglasses
• Mints or small candy boxes
• Parking cards
• Keys
• Other small essentials

The location makes it extremely easy to reach while driving and keeps small items from moving around in the console.

This design is ideal for anyone who wants practical extra storage in their ID.3 without permanently modifying the vehicle.
