A boost helps to implement new modules & improvements.
Sorter Box Parameters:
| Cell_size_Box_mm | is the size of a single grid cell (42mm is standard Gridfinity) |
| Grid_X | Number of grid cells in X direction |
| Grid_Y | Number of grid cells in Y direction |
| Sorter_Height_mm | is the internal height of the sorter (the total height of the sorter is ~10mm higher than (Sorter_Height_mm) and depends on the Cell_size) |
| Stack_1_on_2_off | if you want to stack the boxes, this parameter adds the contour of the feet to the lid (1=contour in lid) (2=smooth lid) |
Parametric Sorter Insert Box & Parametric Sorter Insert MeshBox Parameters:
| Cell_size_Box_mm | the same size as in the sorter (Cell_size_Box_mm) must be specified here |
| Grid_X | Number of grid cells in X direction |
| Grid_Y | Number of grid cells in Y direction |
| Box_height_mm | is the height of the box and must correspond to the height of the sorter (Sorter_Height_mm). However, if Sorter_Height_mm is (80mm), you can also fit 2x Box_height_mm (40mm). See image |
In Bambu Studio, split the object and align the individual components.
You can print everything using the standard profile.
Deburr the edges of the plug-in axles after printing, if necessary, to ensure easier assembly.
The rubber feet made of TPU (possibly also the inserts)
Labeling of individual boxes in the lid:
- The generated box always includes one square that can then be copied and labeled.
