Description
Printed with ASA, these risers fit the gutter-mount and dome mounts I have designed but also fit most standard outdoor lighting fixtures/accessories such as gutter mounts, ground stakes, tree brackets, and can fit into each other to stack up for adjustments. Print with at least 2 maybe 3 walls and 35-75% infill for durability. I have not yet tested these against a weed eater but have seen round tubing printed with several walls take a weed eater strike and survive. If you need a smoother finish, and printed with ASA, cover the threads and can use an acetone vapor bath for ~15 mins then let it dry completely for several days before use.
*** print these vertically with the MALE threads on top and the FEMALE threads on bottom without supports. Use glue on your build plate to ensure adhesion.
