Description
This is a Gridfinity mounting solution for the Proxmark 3 RDV2 RFID reader/writer. Unlike generic bins, this plate uses a bolt-down design from the underside to keep the PCB secure and includes dedicated standoffs for bolting down the antennas. The design is specifically sized for M2 heat-set inserts, providing a professional, repeatable fit that won't strip out.
Fully Parametric (Fusion 360 File Included)
I have included the .f3d source file. You can easily adjust the following parameters to match your specific hardware or printer tolerances:
- Wall & Floor Height: Change the thickness of the Gridfinity bin.
- Standoff Height: Adjust the gap between the PCB and the base.
- Hole Sizes: Modify diameters for different bolt types or heat-set insert brands.
- USB Cutout: Resize or reposition the port opening for different cable heads.
Hardware Required
- Inserts: M2 Heat-set inserts.
- Bolts: M2 hex bolts of various lengths (depends parameters).
