This model is used to determine the maximum volumetric flow rate for filament printing under specific parameters. Given the line width and layer height, after calculation, the printing line speed corresponding to a specific volumetric flow rate is obtained and written into the model.
Conventional test models only include straight sections and arcs, which cannot fully demonstrate the printing status of this speed under different working conditions.
Test content includes:
Straight lines, arcs, right angles, acute angles, zigzag bends, Hilbert curves, and overhang tests.
