Description:
This is a 100 mm magnetic quick-release hose connector designed for fast, tool-free connection and removal of hoses or ducts.
The connector uses fourteen 6×3 mm cylindrical magnets (6 mm diameter × 3 mm depth) arranged for self-alignment and retention. Magnets are glued in place using superglue. Correct polarity must be checked before final installation.
A TPU seal is integrated to improve sealing between the two halves. Its meant to be glued onto one one side of the fitting. This helps reduce air leakage compared to rigid-only connections.
The connector is suitable for vacuum, workshop, or custom hose systems where hoses are frequently changed or repositioned.
