Description
Rugged Pill & Insulin Case – Day/Night Organizer (Dual SnapLock Latches)
A compact rugged-style storage case designed to safely carry your daily meds (day & night pills) and insulin supplies in one place. It features a clean interior layout with multiple round slots for pill doses and extra space for small essentials.
This model uses a double-latch closure for a secure snap shut, inspired by rugged equipment cases.
Based on the SnapLock Storage model by Hugo on MakerWorld (remixed/modified for this medical organizer layout).
Features
- Day & Night pill organizer (separated slots for doses)
- Extra space for insulin-related items (vial/pen accessories, needles, wipes, etc. depending on your setup)
- Dual SnapLock latches for a tighter, more secure closure
- Compact, travel-friendly design
- Rugged look with a simple first-aid style top marking (optional)
Printing notes
- Printed in PLA (as shown). You can also use PETG/ABS/ASA if you prefer higher heat resistance.
- Suggested settings:
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 3-4 walls/perimeters
- 5-10% infill (increase if you want a stiffer case)
- Print the box and lid flat on the bed. Latches may print separately depending on your file set.
Assembly
- Print all parts.
- Install the latches and test fit before use.
- If your hinges/latches feel tight, a light deburr/sanding on contact surfaces helps.
