I would appreciate the boost if you found this print worthy!
After damaging the newly painted surface of a cabinet that I just built it was clear that a set of protective pads would really expand the capabilities of the DeWalt Construction Jack.
I tested the print in a few different materials. PETG worked well and should be durable enough for typical use. I would avoid PLA as it just doesnt have the same flexibility and will crack easier. The best results came from TPU FOR AMS, it printed relatively cleanly and is ridiculously tough.
Print Profile:
- Please note that there are 2 plates in the profile.
- Plate 1 can be used for PETG / PLA.
- Plate 2 is for TPU FOR AMS
- Extra supports painted onto the jack pad to help stabilize it
- Scaled down slightly for a better fit (you may have to play with this depening on your machine tolerance)
